Why don't we recruit people perbatch?
We anticipate inactive volunteers who are busy with their personal responsibilities. If we recruit perbatch and only 2 people sign up, and suddenly 1 needs to do internship or carry out research, it will only disrupt the productivity level of this organization. Waiting for the next 6 months will be too long. That's why we recruit people based on the current demand of every division similar to any companies.
Do I need to have high English levels to join Hey Youth?
It depends on what division you apply for. Some divisions require you to have high English levels, like Event Organizer, Content Writer, etc., while some others like Graphic Design don't.

So far, we've welcomed contributors from 22 Indonesian provinces and 20 countries worldwide — as guest speakers, mentors, and volunteers.
