Imagine having the potential to achieve your dreams but not knowing where to start. For many bright young minds, scholarships could be the key to unlocking their future, yet the application process often feels overwhelming.
That’s why we brought an exclusive scholarship workshop to Yos Sudarso, Jakarta, empowering 32 ambitious students from middle school to university through practical guidance on securing scholarships. These students from the Yos Sudarso Orphanage gained access to expert insights that could redefine their academic journey.
Led by our passionate volunteer team Andini, Puan, and Floren, the event was a dynamic sharing of scholarship knowledge. These three experienced guides walked the students through the often-intimidating process of applying for scholarships across both local and international institutions. They shared insider tips on how to craft compelling applications, highlight unique strengths, and navigate the application process with confidence.
What did the students gain? They now have a clearer understanding of the benefits of securing scholarships, and how these opportunities can unlock their potential and propel them towards their dreams. They learned how to access resources, and what it truly means to become a scholarship recipient. This event wasn't just about information; it was about empowerment, showing them that their ambitions are within reach.
